On the 17th and 18th June, Iona Colquhoun, sponsored by City & Wharf, took part in the Caledonian Challenge 2006.
The challenge is one of Scotland’s top endurance fundraising events, which involves covering 54 miles within a 24 hour time period, walking from Fort William via Glen Coe and the 'Devil's staircase' and crossing the remote Rannoch Moor onto Loch Lomond.
Iona completed the challenge in just under 22 hours.
On the 29th of September at Drumlanrig Castle City & Wharf took part in the inaugural Buccleuch Property Challenge.
It was a 7 hour adventure race which involved teams of property professionals from throughout the UK, and included numerous stages which were designed to test fitness!
The race began with a mass run, followed by some challenging mountain biking accross 20km of varying terrain, a 7km kayaking route along the River Nith, and various orienteering challenges including underwater, absailing and more mountain biking!
The City & Wharf team hosted a week of stalking in the beautiful surroundings of Affric Lodge situated on the shores of the Loch at Glen Affric, near Beauly, Inverness - shire.
