  • Clydeport PLC/Elphinstone Group - Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC), Glasgow

    Consultant on the proposed 2,000 unit residential, retail and commercial master plan for the SECC car park site, which occupies a prime redevelopment site on The Clyde

  • Elphinstone Group - St Vincent Street/India Street, Glasgow

    Advised the owners of the site of Scotland's tallest residential building (38 storeys) on the disposal of their interest to a Southern based property group

  • Forth Property Developments Ltd - (a joint venture between Forth Ports and Bellhouse Joseph)

    Asset Management of the port estate extending to c.300 acres; delivery of a new planning consent for a revised master plan for 5,500 residential units; onward disposal of plots of consented land to house builders delivering c.£120m in sales receipts for the client over four years

  • Port of Dundee - City Quay, Dundee

    Advised the Port Company on the disposal of the 35 acre dock estate with planning consent for c.600 new homes, 100,000 sq ft of new offices and a 100,000 sq ft of income producing retail and leisure space

  • Carlyle Group - Westwood Retail & Leisure Village, West Lothian

    Advised the private equity owners on the potential regeneration of this 53.4 hectare redundant factory outlet, retail and leisure site. Secured residential consent despite an initial planning refusal in order that the site could be sold on for development
