Tom Biggart has 20 years experience in the commercial property market specialising in investment, development and asset management throughout the UK. Tom was a co-founder of City & Wharf in 2002 prior to which he headed up Knight Frank’s commercial office in Edinburgh for nine years. Notable deals include the purchases of Saltire Court, No. 1 Rutland Place, Broomielaw and Kirkton Campus, Livingston.
Tom has recently advised on a number of projects including the regeneration of Edinburgh Waterfront on behalf of Forth Property Holdings with a gross development value in excess of £1 billion; the corporate workout of Fuelforce on behalf of The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Conoco Philips, a project with an exit value of over £100 million and the Asset Management on behalf of Henderson Global Investors of the Pyramids BusinessPark, the former 34,000 square metre Motorola facility at Bathgate.
Tom is married with three children and lives in Edinburgh.
